 Home Owner Association Services was created in 2004 by Palmer Consulting Group, Inc. to serve the ever growing community association market. In August 2005 we began to offer, in addition to our ASP product line, full service management of homeowner and neighborhood associations from our Kansas City, Missouri office.
Palmer Consulting Group was created in the summer of 1994 to provide medium and large companies, access to our network of marketing and technology resources.
Since 1994, we have helped companies in both the US and Canada market themselves on and off the Internet.
We now provide a combined 40 years of marketing and technology based experience to work for your company, as much or as little as needed. For years we have handled the marketing development and analysis for many different types and sizes of companies ranging from banks to a commercial Christmas lighting company; from political campaign sites to automotive and commercial truck dealerships; and everything in between.
Our President, Dale Palmer, works hands on with every client of Palmer Consulting Group. Managing the project regardless of size. Working directly with Palmer Consulting Group means that your company's project is being guided by Dale personally.
Dale has served on the Board of Directors and is immediate past President of the Morningside Neighborhood Association in Kansas City.
