Home Owner Association Services is a new force in the community association management field. All we do is manage homeowner, condominium, and townhome associations of all sizes. Some of the things we do not do:
- We never act as rental agent. Our first priority is to the property owners that make up the association... not landlords.
- Counter the restrictions of the Declarations, Bylaws, and Restrictions of the association.
- Process bills without the express direction through the Board of Directors
What we do is empower your association and its governing Board to make the best decisions for yourselves. This is done through informing and educating both the Board and the membership in general.All of our staff are here to this end.
