Document Control - Document tracking is one of the most cumbersome aspect of any Community Association Management Company’s work flow. Our homeowner association services component allows for digital correspondence and bill work flow production. This opens the communication lines between the association management team and the community association Board of Directors. Since the document/bill is scanned into the system, it is much less likely to be lost or delayed as it passes from officer to officer for approval.
