| Home Owner Association Services General Ledger component allows for journal entry, recurring entries, financial statements, overhead, allocations, and consolidations. All by main administrative and/or neighborhood specific personnel, without double entry. Budget forecasting can be made on varying levels without manually separating data out of the main General Ledger. These then can be viewed by authorized Board members from home or office.
Finalized budgets are then transferred to the General Ledger, simply, as Budgeting and Forecasting integrates seamlessly with all other modules. Budgeting may be adjusted throughout the year without adversely affecting the permanent General Ledger. |
