We are only the agent to advise and implement the directive of the board. The job of governing your homeowner association is that of your board... not ours.
We believe that your membership should see your association name on all communications. To accomplish this we provide all billings, newsletters, and written communications to be created under your homeowner association name. We provide a Web site and e-mail addresses under your association's own domain name. We also provide voice mail to answer and announce telephone inquiries with your message. After all, the message is yours... not ours.
We do not sell your membership list, nor will we ever mail any communications to your membership that has not been directed by your homeowner association's leadership. Your membership will never receive advertising from our office that has not been authorized by you, the board of directors. After all, it is your membership... not ours.
