Our classroom training is a great way to get new and potential board members up to speed, or update existing ones on any changes in our system. Most training classes are conveniently scheduled in Kansas City, St. Louis or near industry convention cities prior to those conventions.

Upon election, all board members receive a board manual specific to your homeowner association. We don't speak in generalities, we use the title and duties outlined in your bylaws, and correlate those with corporate duties and responsibilities. We then explain how Home Owner Association Services can assist in the performance of those duties.

We also offer Web based training for those busy board members that are unable to attend classroom training.

We base all training on principals and guidelines of the Community Association Institute, the leading national community association organization.
