| Home Owner Association Services allows flexibility in payroll for homeowner association management companies of all sizes. The payroll component not only integrates with the other components of the Accounting module, but allows for easy “uploading” of information to most payroll companies such as Paydata™, ADP™ and others. Reports can then be imported into this module for inclusion into system-wide reports.
On-line "Time Track" system allows not only tracking of hours employee work and sick/vacation time used, but can also be used to track billable hours to integrate with the Accounts Receivable, Billing component and General Ledger. With the multi-EIN tracking, proportional employees can be assessed under each specific EIN.
